• Which payment methods are accepted?

• We accept all major credit cards, Amazon, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Venmo and PayPal.

Shipping

• Will I receive an order confirmation?

• An order confirmation email will be sent to you after your payment is confirmed/successful.

• A shipping confirmation email is sent out after we have processed and shipped your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email, it's likely they could have been marked as spam. Check your spam folder for our emails and make sure to add our email address to your safe list. If you still require assistance, you can send us an email at stikatto@established1996.com with your order number/ details and we will be able to check for you. Please note, response time is 24-48 hours. 

• What are your shipping options and how long will it take?

• Orders typically take 1-2 Business days to process before they ship (excluding weekends and holidays). During holidays processing times may be extended. Orders are shipped out via USPS/UPS/FedEX/DHL. (These shipping times do not include order processing).  Domestic shipping times are: 4-9 business days. International shipping times are: 1-3 weeks.

• Why don't my cases match?

• The Stikatto case is made from bamboo and has naturally occurring irregularities that will make no two look exactly the same.

• Does Stikatto work with to-go lids?

• Yes! Keep it with you when you are on the go to use at your favorite coffee shops and dinner spots.

• Can Stikatto be used to drink beverages like smoothies?

• Yes, Stikatto is designed with that in mind.

• Can Stikatto be used for hot drinks?

• Stikatto is perfect for hot and cold beverages alike.

• Silencer Directions:

• Place the lid and Stikatto on the cup.

• Push the Stikatto all the way down until it hits the bottom of the cup.

• Pull the Stikatto up slightly so that it is suspended about 1/4 inch from the bottom of the cup.

• Adjust Stikatto  Silencers (aka silicone tip) as needed so they are firmly bound to the lid.
  

• Care Instructions for stikatto:
• Rinse the inside of the stikatto under hot water (if you can, rinse your stikatto as soon as you’re finished using it to avoid hardening smoothie debris)
• Wet the pipe cleaner and rub a bit of dish soap onto the pipe cleaner
• Push the pipe cleaner back and forth through the stikatto to remove any debris
• Once the inside is clean you can soap up the outside
• Rinse thoroughly
• Care instructions for the murdock:
• Prior to use, hand wash all parts with warm soapy water. Dry thoroughly.Recommended for cold beverages only.
• Bottle is dishwasher friendly.
• Please hand wash lid and sleeve.
• Please do not use bleach or chlorine cleansers.
• Dry thoroughly before storing.
• This bottle should not be used for carbonated beverages.
• Not for use in microwave oven.
• Not for use in freezer.
